This package is all about reaping the benefits of working our with friends & colleagues by using fitness equipment to promote social interaction and encourage a bit of competition. We've chosen pieces of multi-user gym equipment to cover each aspect of fitness, for improving strength and cardiovascular health around the whole body. Working out as teams, rotate around the circuit in pairs and count the number of reps on each piece of equipment within a certian amount of time. Can you beat your opponent?
