Our Needle punch carpet is a durable surface, ideal for Schools due to its longevity and low maintenance requirements.

This play surface option is available in a multitude of different colours and designs and can be fitted with or without cut in sports lines (rather than painting), creating a much more sustainable and durable pitch marking.

This surface is perfect for Hockey, Netball, Tennis and Five a side football, but is also ideal for general games areas, as we can also install games such as Hopscotch & Target Games etc.

Bringing dull surfaces back to life!

This can be a very cost effective way of covering old, existing Tarmac and/ or rubber wet pour areas, due to the minimal ground works required.

The surface is filled with sand, which due to the interlocking fibers in the surface, stays in place, rather than getting kicked about and removed, meaning maintenance levels are reduced.

This picture shows the Needle punch surface installed onto an existing tennis court to create a new sports surface facility, this was completed in four days with minimal disruption and the sand will drop into the pile with use.

Access to the area was poor so an ideal solution was to overlay rather than install new sub base.
